Simply shake the bottle and apply to your pulse points on your wrists, behind your ears or neck, even to the soles of your feet for the biggest hit of the aroma blend any time of day or night.

An eye pillow or mask that is often used for relaxation, especially at the end of a yoga session during savasana or any time you need to relax, also perfect at bedtime to help you unwind and sleep better. Simply lie the pillow across the eyes while lying down on your back and relax. The weight of the flaxseed means the pillow moulds to your face, helping to relieve tension and relax the muscles around your eyes. The pillow can also be put in the fridge or freezer then laid across the
eyes, which can be helpful if you suffer from headaches or migraines. It could also be slightly warmed up by lying on a radiator.
The pillow is filled with organic flaxseed and dried lavender covered by cotton cover.
