I love being a mum to 3 wonderful girls, it is so rewarding and for the majority of the time life is exciting, crazy, and full of new adventures a fun. However, at times I also find myself feeling overwhelmed, lacking in confidence, doubting every decision I make, wondering if I could have done things better that day. I feel run down, stressed, tired, frustrated, and find I’m forgetting that I too am important in this motherhood journey and need time for me.
So with this in mind I decided to create ‘Mums Time Out – Relaxation Hour’
The sessions will run on the 1st Thursday of every month from 7.15pm-8.15pm

As a qualified hypnotherapist, and with a background in family support work, family well-being and childcare and also being a mum myself I have used all my skills and knowledge to design a programme with mums well-being in mind, as I feel its so important we give ourselves some dedicated time to relax, unwind and rejuvenate, not only allowing ourselves to feel more positive, and motivated but we can give more to those around us too.
This hour once a month, just for you will allow you a safe, welcoming environment to come and just relax and unwind whilst meeting like minded mummies. There will be time for a good old natter and cuppa followed by some time for you to enjoy 45 minutes of mind and body relaxation including breathing exercises, mindfulness and a gentle group hypnosis.
You will each be provided with a yoga mat and cushion, and our essential oil rollerballs will be available all to help enhance your hour of mind and body relaxation.
