It’s the ultimate chillout session, like pressing the reset button on your brain. Your body will thank you for the gentle stretches with some easy breathing then settle back snuggle down into a cosy blanket & zone out to the meditation journey & the soothing sounds of magical crystal singing bowls.

Stretch & Move

Your mind and body are intimately connected. The way you move can affect affect the way you think and vice versa if you’re ‘stretched for time’ we will build a simple stretch session to improve your mind & body.Moving & stretching not only improves posture, balance, stability and coordination. We become more flexible and improve our overall health.

Take a breath
When someone is tense or angry, we often say ‘take a deep breath’ or when we’ve escaped to bad situation ‘we can breathe easier’
We take breathing for granted however certain Breathing Techniques can have far reaching effects on relaxation of both mind and body. In our session we will create a simple and easy breathing section to calm and relax our minds & boost moods. That you can recreate any time of day or night in any situation

Meditation Station
The meditation section offers a serene escape into new experiences
Guided by Jayne soothing voice you’ll embark on a magical journey, letting go of the outside world as you are led into tranquil landscapes, unlocking inner peace and clarity. Whether you’re a seasoned meditator or a curious beginner, this session promises a rejuvenating experience for your body, mind, and soul.
